FAQ
Below are some of the common questions that we receive.
How Does Gold Vault Create Their Pro Forma?
Our projections are based on the following operating and revenue assumptions, which are in turn based upon cost estimates obtained from contractors and suppliers in the areas in which we operate. Note that our price assumptions for gold and silver are substantially lower than current spot market prices.
Who May Invest in Gold Vault’s Investment Fund?
The fund is limited to accredited investors, as defined under the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and qualifying non-U.S. investors.
If you are a U.S. individual investor, you must satisfy either of the following criteria:
- You are a natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with your spouse or spousal equivalent, exceeds $1,000,000. For these purposes, your primary residence shall not be included as an asset, and indebtedness that is secured by your primary residence, up to the estimated fair market value of the primary residence at the time of your investment, shall not be included as a liability (except that if the amount of such indebtedness outstanding at the time of investment exceeds the amount outstanding 60 days before such time, other than as a result of the acquisition of the primary residence, the amount of such excess shall be included as a liability). Indebtedness that is secured by your primary residence in excess of the estimated fair market value of the primary residence at the time of investment shall be included as a liability.
-
You are a natural person who had an individual income in excess of $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with your spouse or spousal equivalent in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and have a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.
Various types of entities, such as trusts, corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, may qualify as accredited investors if they meet the minimum asset and other criteria in the SEC’s rules.
